How To Use
Spread Westland Garden Lime evenly over your garden beds or vegetable patch at the recommended rate for your soil type. Work the product into the top few inches of soil using a garden fork or rotavator, ideally in autumn or early spring. Water in thoroughly after application to help activate the product and allow it to begin conditioning your soil.
Tips & Advice
For best results, test your soil pH before application to determine the correct dosage needed. Avoid applying lime immediately before or after applying nitrogen-based fertilisers, and allow several weeks between applications for optimal nutrient balance. In heavy clay soils, combine lime application with organic matter such as compost for enhanced structural improvement and long-term soil health.
