Order Fulfilment
ComfiHome operates a dropshipping partnership model. Once you place an order, we share the necessary order and delivery details (name, address, order contents) with our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, who pick, pack and dispatch your order on our behalf. Your information is only shared to the extent needed to fulfil your order.
Live Chat
We use Tidio to provide live chat and automated support on our website. If you use live chat, your messages and any details you provide (such as your email or order number) are processed by Tidio on our behalf to help resolve your query.
Email Communications
Order confirmations, dispatch notifications and customer service emails are sent via SMTP2GO, an EU-hosted transactional email provider, on our behalf.

How Long We Keep Your Information
- Completed and refunded orders: retained for 7 years (for accounting and tax purposes)
- Pending or failed orders: retained for 30 days
- Cancelled orders: retained for 90 days
- Inactive customer accounts: retained for 24 months, after which they may be anonymised or deleted
Sharing Your Information
We only share your personal information with trusted third parties where necessary to run our business, including our payment processor (Stripe), fulfilment partner, live chat provider (Tidio), and email provider (SMTP2GO). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
