How To Use
Stir the treatment thoroughly before use, then decant the contents of the refill pouch into your Ronseal shed and fence sprayer or a clean brush-application container. Apply liberally along the grain of clean, dry timber using a brush, roller or sprayer, working in manageable sections to keep a wet edge. Because this is a one coat formula, a single generous application is usually enough to achieve full colour and protection, though very absorbent or previously untreated wood may benefit from a light second coat once the first has dried.
Tips & Advice
Choose a dry, mild day for application and avoid treating timber in direct, strong sunlight or when rain is forecast within a few hours, as this can affect how evenly the colour develops and how well it dries. Give fences and sheds a quick brush down to remove moss, dirt and loose splinters beforehand, as this helps the treatment soak in more evenly and last longer. Keep the pouch sealed and stored somewhere frost-free between uses, and give it a good stir if it has been standing for a while, since pigment can settle over time.
