How To Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease or old sealant before you begin. Cut the nozzle of the cartridge to the desired bead size, load it into a standard sealant gun, and apply a steady, even bead along the joint or gap. Smooth the bead with a sealant tool, a wet finger or a small spatula for a neat finish, then leave undisturbed to skin over and cure fully before exposing the area to water or heavy use.
Tips & Advice
Work in a well-ventilated area and mask off neighbouring surfaces with tape for crisp, clean lines, removing the tape while the sealant is still fresh for the best finish. Because this is a translucent silicone rather than a pure clear, it’s worth applying a small test bead on an offcut or hidden area first to check how it looks once cured, especially if you’re sealing against a light-coloured background. Allow adequate curing time before painting over, and always store any unused cartridge upright with the nozzle sealed to help it stay usable for longer.
