How To Use
As an admixture: Add Sikabond SBR Bonding Agent directly to your cement-based mix at the recommended dilution ratio, typically 1 part bonding agent to 4 parts water, then mix thoroughly with your mortar, render or repair compound. As a primer: Apply the bonding agent neat or pre-diluted to clean, dense substrates using a brush or roller, allowing it to become tacky before applying your mortar or render.
Tips & Advice
For best results, always ensure the substrate is clean, dust-free and dampened before application. This product is particularly effective on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as concrete, tiles and painted surfaces where standard mortars struggle to achieve good adhesion.
