How To Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust or loose material before application. Carefully peel back the backing and press the tape firmly onto the target area, smoothing out any air bubbles as you work. For best results, apply pressure along the entire length of the tape to activate the bitumen adhesive and create a secure, waterproof seal.
Tips & Advice
For optimal adhesion, allow the bitumen bond to cure for 24 hours before exposing the sealed area to heavy rain or water ingress. In colder weather, gently warm the tape with a heat gun before application to improve flexibility and ensure better contact with the surface – this will help you achieve a superior seal around awkward shapes and contours.
