How To Use
Cut the nozzle to the required bead size and load the cartridge into a standard sealant gun. Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose debris before applying an even bead along the joint or bonding area. Press the surfaces together firmly if using as an adhesive, or tool the bead with a spatula or wet finger for a neat sealant finish, then leave undisturbed while it skins over and cures.
Tips & Advice
Work in a well-ventilated area and always do a small test patch first if bonding an unfamiliar material, as compatibility can vary with certain plastics and painted finishes. For heavier or gap-filling jobs, apply in one continuous pass rather than multiple thin layers to get the best grab and finish, and keep the nozzle clean between uses so the cartridge can be resealed and reused on future projects.
