How To Use
Before use, wet the surface thoroughly with clean water to help control the reaction and reduce the risk of etching. Dilute the Bond-It Brick Acid according to the severity of the cement or mortar staining, apply to the affected area with a suitable brush or applicator, and allow it a short time to work on the residue before scrubbing to loosen deposits. Rinse the treated area thoroughly and repeatedly with clean water to remove all traces of the product and neutralise the surface once cleaning is complete.
Tips & Advice
Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first, as brick acid can affect certain coloured mortars, natural stone finishes and painted surfaces. Wear appropriate protective gloves and eyewear when handling, work in a well-ventilated area, and avoid contact with metal fixtures, glass and plants, covering or rinsing these beforehand if they’re nearby. Keep the container tightly sealed and stored safely out of reach of children when not in use, and never mix with other chemical cleaners.
