How To Use
Scatter the pellets thinly and evenly around the base of plants, seedlings or borders that are prone to slug and snail damage, taking care not to pile them up in one spot. Apply in the evening or after watering when slugs and snails are most active, and repeat as needed, particularly after heavy rain, to keep protection topped up throughout the growing season. Always check the pack for the recommended application rate before use.
Tips & Advice
For best results, start applying pellets early in the season before slug and snail populations build up, and focus on new seedlings and soft, leafy plants which tend to suffer the most damage. Store any unused pellets in a cool, dry place away from children and pets, and reapply after prolonged wet weather since moisture can reduce their effectiveness over time. Combining pellets with good garden hygiene, such as clearing damp debris, can further help keep slug and snail numbers down.
